A set of python scripts that wrap the invocation of the *nix File utility, DROID, and Apache Tika format identification tools. Used to run the tools over the govdocs corpus and compare the results. Envisaged as a loader for REF triples, i.e. load the results of all thre identification tools on GovDocs into REF.

The Tool Wrapper project from the IMPACT project, loosely titled the IMPACT Interoperability Framework. This was used as a basis for the SCAPE Tool Wrapper, originally part of the SCAPE GitHub project.
