Head of finance

The list above should give you a starting point, but note that this is not an exhaustive list - think about stakeholders at your institution

Stakeholder Interest/stake
Project Director: Records Management Improvement Programme (RMIP) Director of the programme, making key decisions about direction of the programme and funding allocated to different business units to make improvements
Head of Responsible Business Main sponsor for the digital preservation project
Head of Group Corporate Affairs If funding is not provided from RMIP, budget will be sought from Group Corporate Affairs
Project Manager (IT): Records Management Improvement Programme Responsible for IT on the RMIP, so has a stake in what technical solutions will be approved through the programme
Heads of Litigation / Regulatory Interest in preserving providing access to digital data for legal and statutory requirements
Group Risk The risks associated with the loss of key digital data
Head of Group Archives and Museums Interest in meeting the needs of Group Archives' policy and strategy aims
Records Management, Group Security & Fraud Interest in archives as the end point of the Records Management process
