h4. AQuA Community and New Events
h4. AQuA is complete, new projects and events are in progress

The AQuA project and events are now complete, but this work will live on as part of the [Open Planets Foundation|http://openplanetsfoundation.org/] and the fledgling community created during the events. We are keen to maintain the momentum developed on the project and encourage much more in the way of grass roots collaboration across the digital preservation community. The DPC and OPF are running a [new event using the AQuA format|http://openplanetsfoundation.org/events/2011-09-27-opf-and-dpc-hackathon-practical-tools-digital-preservation]. A follow up AQuA review event is being planned for 2012 with the aim of reviewing the impact of the work of the AQuA participants and considering how OPF and JISC can better support the digital preservation community.
