One line summary | We may receive discs or hard drives containing a number of folders, and some may be empty. |
Detailed description | Projects submitting large volumes of digital material will arrange the material in various folders. Sometimes the folders will be empty (that is, they will not have had any digital files saved to them). This will potentially mean that material is missing from the submission. We need to identify this as early as possible so that we can inform the project and, if needed, obtain a copy of the missing material. |
