This page is dedicated to trying to register the ongoing take-up of SCAPE-technology within the 6 content holding institutions inside the SCAPE project

The rationale is that if we can't get institutions inside the project to take-up SCAPE-technology it will be even harder to get external bodies to embrace and use what the project developed.

Any relevant technology "component" can be registered - and these can be at different levels ranging from concepts (RDF defined control policies) to APIs (e.g. data connector API) all the way to individual tools or components (e.g. SCOUT or waveformCompare). For individual tools they should only go on this list if they have been wrapped appropriately according to SCAPE platform definitions with published toolspec enabling them to be used with the SCAPE platform

Any "thing" registered will be evaluated by the 6 content holding institutions (IMF, ONB, STFC, KB, BL, SB) in the user group on a scale from 0 to 5 - definitions:

We have already tested this on sample content from our own institution
and do not have further plans with this at the moment
